Welcome to The OOM PK (The Origin Of Masterpieces Pakistan). By visiting theoompk.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

The OOM PK sells handmade home decor, including the Handmade Pure Sheesham Wood Tissue Holder, from Pakistan.

2. Products

Every product is handmade from natural materials. Colour, grain and finish can vary slightly from piece to piece, and this is part of the handmade character, not a defect. We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but screens may display colours slightly differently.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is free within Pakistan. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that are already confirmed.

4. Placing an order

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price or product detail is clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 days after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or unforeseen events. Please see our shipping policy for more details.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. To cancel, email info@theoompk.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 322 5665194, with your order number. After 3 hours, the order may already be packed or dispatched, and cancellation may not be possible. In that case, our return policy applies.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

8. Use of the website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not copy, resell or misuse our content, images or designs without written permission.

9. Intellectual property

All text, photos, designs and logos on this website belong to The OOM PK, unless stated otherwise. They may not be used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The OOM PK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
